This master covers the basic methodology of organization development, namely analysis and planning followed by implementation and evaluation. Students delve into the skills organizational consultants need and the criteria for a successful intervention. Explore the fundamental concepts of leadership and leadership development, such as best practices that successful leaders exemplify, ethics and effective decision-making. Also known as organizational behavior, organizational dynamics refers to the theory and practice of understanding how individuals and teams behave within an organization. The cmaster is likely to explore conflict and negotiation, decision-making and motivation.

These corporate documents are not valid for government controls in countries with formal education controlled by the state and therefore cannot be validated for obtaining academic degrees in university organizations.

Corporate documents comply with international information transparency standards, so they will be listed publicly for all entities that wish to verify their international validity. At the end of the corporate audit process, the participant will obtain the digital credential in the corporate master's degree in the program they have approved. In the event that the executive wants the documents in physical form, they must provide the necessary information for the corresponding courier delivery and pay $100 to cover the operational and administrative costs for home delivery.

These education records generally include items such as address, admissions records, enrollment status, course grades, reports and evaluations, completion of requirements and progress toward the credential, records of disciplinary actions, and other correspondence with or about the student.
